Explore our comprehensive plans and understand the terms that govern your experience with us.

By purchasing any of our website design plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All prices are in NZD and are subject to change without notice.
Payments for each plan are due upfront. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work exceeds the agreed plan.
The client is responsible for providing all required content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may result in delayed project timelines.
Unless otherwise stated, the client grants us permission to showcase the website on our portfolio upon completion.
After the first year of free charge, the hosting and the domain costs will be renegotiated based on the market price. If the customer doesn't want to renew both, the website will become out of service, and unless a new plan is renewed, the page can't be exported or utilised on another hosting as it is not owned by the customer, only subscription-based.

One (1) page website design (Landing page and Contact).
Template-based website. Limited space for text and limited image upload.
Mobile-friendly, responsive design.
Free hosting is available when you subscribe to an active plan.
Free domain for the first year is included(only a selection of domains such as .com, .net, etc.). The price may change for the following years and will be negotiated with the customer. Customers can purchase and add their own domains, although the price for the plan won't change, and the management of this will be with the customer.
Contact form integration.
Choose your own colour pallet for the site.
Basic SEO optimization to ensure your site can be indexed by search engines.
Delivery in 3-5 business days.
One review after building with changes before publishing online.
Monthly plan pricing when is paid upfront for an entire year only.
Extra Features Not Included:
- E-commerce functionality or third-party software integrations.
- Ongoing website maintenance or updates beyond the initial design. Charge $50 per hour with a minimum of one hour charge.

Up to five (5) pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.).
Custom design and branding. It included some photos and free resources, and many uploads of the customer's personal photos
Free hosting is available when you subscribe to an active plan.
Free domain for the first year is included(only a selection of domains such as .com, .net, etc.). The price may change for the following years and will be negotiated with the customer. Customers can purchase and add their own domains, although the price for the plan won't change, and the management of this will be with the customer.
Contact form and social media links integration.
Enhanced SEO, including Google submission.
For the first three months after the site goes live, you will receive one (1) free content update request per month.
Delivery in 5-7 business days.
Monthly plan pricing when is paid upfront for an entire year only.
Extra Features Not Included:
- E-commerce functionality or third-party software integrations.
- Ongoing website maintenance or updates after three months. Charge $50 per hour with a minimum of one hour charge.

Up to ten (10) pages, including a blog or e-commerce setup (if needed).
Custom design and branding. It included multiple photos, free resources, and many uploads of the customer's personal photos and AI-generated content.
Free hosting is available when you subscribe to an active plan.
Free domain for the first year is included (only a selection of domains such as .com, .net, etc.). The price may change for the following years and will be negotiated with the customer. Customers can purchase and add their own domains, although the price for the plan won't change, and the management of this will be with the customer.
Contact form and social media links integration.
Advanced SEO and performance optimisation.
Monthly content updates for the length of the subscription.
Google Analytics and live chat integration.
Priority support and website maintenance for the length of the subscription to an active pan.
Delivery in 7-10 business days.
Extra Features Not Included:
- Additional pages beyond 10.
- Third-party software integrations (negotiable)

Custom development (e.g., APIs, databases, advanced functionalities).
Design revisions beyond the number specified in your plan.
Copywriting services (if you require professionally written content, this is an additional service).
Stock images or photography (unless otherwise stated, images provided by you or additional stock image fees will apply).
Ongoing technical support after the plan’s designated period (unless you have purchased maintenance or support services).
Domain renewal after the first year, which is the responsibility of the client.

The client must provide all necessary content (e.g., images, text, logos) by the specified timeline. Failure to do so may result in project delays.
The client must ensure they have full rights to all content provided, including text, images, and logos.
The client is responsible for keeping the website content updated after it goes live (unless ongoing maintenance has been agreed upon).

We strive to meet all project deadlines, but timelines may be affected by factors outside of our control, including delays in receiving content from the client.
Once a project has started, cancellations will result in a non-refundable fee of 50% of the total project cost unless otherwise agreed.
If the project is delayed due to client-side issues (e.g., failure to provide content or approval), the project timeline may be extended without a refund.

All payments are non-refundable once the design process has commenced.
Any additional features or changes outside the scope of the selected plan will be billed separately.

We will make every effort to ensure the website functions correctly across different devices and browsers. However, we cannot be held liable for issues arising from third-party software, plugins, or hosting services.
We are not responsible for any legal claims arising from the content provided by the client or any intellectual property violations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to meet payment obligations or violates the terms of the agreement.
